Almost one hundred years after women won the vote how close are we to achieving full gender equality?
Join Kristina Clackson Bonnington, lead artist of the public art project The Girl at the Door for a workshop exploring what full gender equality might look like and how much progress has been made in moving towards this.
During this session you will get to work with the team behind The Girl at the Door and students from Central Saint Martins to create a sculpture depicting how you view gender equality within the UK. Please note: no prior making skills required – our creative team are here to assist you in creating your works!
After the workshop there will be an opportunity to view the exhibition Women at UCL: Presence and Absence
Tuesday 3rd May: Workshop 5.30 - 7.00pm, Exhibition Viewing: 7.00 - 8.30pm
